Terms of use

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made through this website between VELLINO, whose registered office is located at 715 route de Joannas, 07110 Rocher, France, registered with the Aubenas Trade and Companies Register under No. 487 679 474, and its customers.

By placing an order through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the product descriptions, pricing, specifications, quantities, and any applicable purchase restrictions displayed on the website.

Order confirmation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, which apply to all sales made through this website.

2. Products

VELLINO offers products for sale through its online catalogue.

Product photographs and illustrations are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, slight variations or errors may occasionally occur. VELLINO cannot be held liable for such discrepancies.

Products are offered subject to availability. Should an item become temporarily unavailable after an order has been placed, customers will be informed as soon as possible and advised of the expected restocking time.

3. Orders

Customers select products from the online catalogue and complete their purchase using the checkout process provided on the website.

Once an order has been submitted, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically.

VELLINO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an outstanding payment dispute or previous breach of these Terms by the customer.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT).

Shipping charges are calculated separately and are clearly displayed before the customer confirms their order.

The total amount payable is shown during the final checkout process.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed.

Orders paid by credit or debit card are considered accepted only after authorization has been received from the relevant payment provider. If payment authorization is declined, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Ownership of the goods remains with VELLINO until full payment has been received. In the event of non-payment, VELLINO reserves the right to recover the goods by any lawful means.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to transportation delays, temporary stock shortages, public holidays, or other exceptional circumstances. Customers will be notified whenever possible of any significant delay.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their parcel upon delivery.

Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service department at:

Email: vellino@vellino.com

Standard delivery generally takes 48 to 72 hours within France.

For valuable orders, we strongly recommend selecting a signature-required delivery service. If this option is not selected and the parcel is reported as undelivered, compensation may not be possible where the carrier does not reimburse VELLINO.

7. Product Availability

VELLINO will make every reasonable effort to fulfil all customer orders.

However, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if products become unavailable. VELLINO shall not be liable for temporary or permanent product shortages or delays beyond its reasonable control.

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the final item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by a clear written statement using one of the following methods:

VELLINO
715 route de Joannas
07110 Rocher
France

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

Once your withdrawal has been accepted, we will reimburse all payments received, including the original standard delivery charges (excluding any additional costs resulting from a delivery method chosen by the customer that is more expensive than our standard service).

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method has been agreed.

We may delay reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

9. Force Majeure

VELLINO shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, fire, natural disasters, transport disruption, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
