Shipping & Delivery

Orders are carefully prepared and packed by our team every day from our store.

As a general rule, all our products are in stock and are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

France

Orders shipped within France are generally delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

European Union

We ship to most countries within the European Union. Delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.

International Orders

We also ship to destinations outside the European Union. International delivery times generally range from 5–15 business days, depending on the destination, carrier and customs procedures.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local charges may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Issues

VELLINO cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost by the carrier, delivered to an address other than the one provided by the customer, or marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.

If you have experienced delivery issues in the past, or if your order is particularly valuable, we strongly recommend choosing signature-required delivery at checkout.

Please note that no compensation can be provided for a parcel that is not received if signature-required delivery was not selected, as VELLINO is not compensated by the carrier in such circumstances.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or other unforeseen events.
